When we first arrived we weren’t able to check in and we were told someone would call us when our room was ready. We kept ourselves busy for two hours which cost me 110 dollars. I didn’t get any phone calls so i went to the check in and they told me my room was ready. I read that there was early check in and I didn’t get it. The room didn’t look disinfected. The table had not been wiped down and the bathroom counters were not wiped down.

Ruined my vacation by playing games with my credit card. Was 3000 miles away from home, bank calls and say they detect fraud. Hotel was overcharging and made numerous errors. Still trying to fix it a week later.

This is the third Stateline hotel that I have stayed at this winter. After reading other reviews, I was expecting Harrah's would be at least somewhat better. But really there isn't much difference between Harvey's, Harrah's, and Bally's. All of them are showing their age in different ways. At Harrah's carpet in our room was needing replacement, bathrooms (yes two!) were small and should be remodeled to one nice one. Shower was small and didn't have very good pressure. There was a previous guest's dental pick on the floor (in plain sight). Nasty. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains worked well. If the price were the same for all of them, I'd stay at Bally's. Otherwise, I'd choose the cheapest one.

The room was quiet, bed comfy, 2 bathrooms? Wow! Wish they’d had a 10x mirror & dark makeup towel -but those are silly quibbles. Fun show and eclectic scenes on & around the casino floor.

I have stayed at Harrah's for over 20 years, usually every couple of weeks during the ski season. The rooms are looking very worn out and the cleanliness is poor. Two weeks ago we found fresh bubble gum stuck to the dresser when we checked in and our last room the TV stand was tilted slightly forward so all the dresser doors would roll open on their own (A bit of a hazzard at night). Also trash was being left outside rooms and elevators trash cans often all day with no pick ups. Hopefully this is just a short term staffing issue as we really like the location and hotel staff.

This property could definitely use a facelift. The pictures online make the rooms look nicer than they are. Their deluxe room was very average and the showers were terrible. The plus was there was a casino downstairs.
