"We checked into to the hotel on Sunday, October 1st after a 5 hour drive. The self check-in worked fine and we retreived our key. However, upon entering the room, we discovered that the room had not be cleaned from the prior guest. "This property is in a beautiful spot with gorgeous vistas all around. Everything was very clean, the people were friendly, and the restaurant was delicious. We were not happy with our room however. It was extremely tiny and had some unusual characteristics. The ceiling over half the bed was very low and my husband twice bumped his head while getting out of bed. "The hotel is in a great location and the car park is close by. The lady on the desk when we checked in we think was the owner. She was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast room was a typical German wooden panelled room which was delightful the staff made us feel welcome and the breakfast was excellent. "

"Was so quiet we could not believe it . And there was a full moon . Good to get away from it all Staff delightful . Slow internet so enjoy the peacefulness. Great breakfast! Had a shower head malfunction but we fixed ourselves. Would have liked a few more signs on road to get there. Not all rooms have kitchen or Cabnets . Need to let owner know if can’t do stairs .( 4 people master in loft with attic stairs )"

"Excellent location slap bang in the centre. Excellent breakfast with lots of hot and cold choices. Room was small but comfortable bed. Well kitted our room but could have done with some coat hooks. Main issue was that room was not cleaned every day and even had to ask for toilet paper when it ran out. "The hotel was modern yet had the feel of a bed and breakfast due to the amazing family that manages it. The breakfasts were fabulous. We felt like we were in a village but only 45 mins (or less) from the Frankfurt airport. We enjoyed bird watching/walking along the river, tasting wine at the Ingelheimer Vinothek and day trips in/around the area. We would absolutely go back."

"Such a quaint and cozy stay. The breakfast buffet is very impressive and only 10€. The staff were super helpful and kind helping us find places and excursions to go on. The only reason its not a 5 star rating is because the showers have low pressure but besides that the hotel is amazing and lovely"

"Staff were nice and helpful, though didn’t fix soap dispenser after i asked. There were things unexplained and it made the stay a little challenging. No drawers or closets for clothes in the rooms made it difficult to arrange clothing during the stay, shower only made the whole floor wet and other users of the bathroom have to walk on wet tile floor and use same wet floor towel. Breakfast was good but a little expensive 14€, even if you only drink one coffee and eat one croissant. Did not try...

"We had the great good fortune of finding this delightful little hotel on our way from Italy back to the NL. It was late when we decided we weren't far enough along in our journey to make it one day, as we'd hoped. Lucky for us, we found this place. The staff are delightful and the hotel is quaint and cute and SUPER clean! On my next trip to this part of Europe, I'll definitely be staying here again."
