"This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the Lamm, the 2 previous times it was as a couple this time I was a solo traveller. I had a single room and was pleasantly surprised (not having stayed in a single room before) the room had a fridge that came in handy, and a view of the valley from the balcony. The balcony had a seat so could chill out on. The restaurant was fully booked but as was a resident they found me a table, the food was lovely. "This might be a nice place during tourist season, but do not book here in the off season. Hotel was closed when we arrived and had to telphone someone to open for us. There was no heat in the hotel and had to call again about the heat. They brought us an electric heater, but it wasn't adequate. They finally turned on the heat to the room after calling expidia to complain. We were the only quests in the hotel that night, at least it was quiet."

"Above average breakfast and friendly staff. Overall quiet Parking is a challenge, many areas in this non-smoking hotel have a strong smoking smell, overall dated. Flimsy shower curtain can transfer you bathroom into a swimming pool. In case you are wondering, no AC and open windows might provide a lot of information about your fellow hotel guests.
