"An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. "Wow. We left two days ago and I am still stressed by our stay there. It was horrible. This is NOT a hotel (I will file a complaint with hotels.com shortly). It is a rental home with no amenities.
