"My first time to st vincent, from the airport straight to check in.The front desk personal referred the restaurant on the premises as both my wife and i was straving due to long flight.We took his word and visted the loft around 1pm.My wife and i placed our order around that time ,she received her order within 35mins.i waited for my food while having a drink.I noticed it was almost 3pm and no food. I called a waiter to see whats taking so long only to find out that i never placed an order which...

"Upon my arrival, the staff at the front desk was professional and welcoming. The room was clean - the AC was on full blast. My only issue with staying at the hotel is no access to lunch and dinner on weekends. However, my overall stay was a pleasant one. "

"The Frangipani hotel is the most beautiful hotel just on the outskirts of town. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful. My room had the best view across the bay, and was always kept clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend!"

"I really liked this property because it is a hidden gen for a beautiful secluded getaway. It is quiet and up in the mountains with a remarkable view!!! The chef at the restaurant was so good we decided to have all our meals there even though we could have eaten elsewhere the second day. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this location for a honeymoon couple. "

"An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. "

"Would not recommend anybody to stay here. Booked a reservation for 4 people well in advance. The hotel reached out to me a couple of hours before my travel to tell me they cannot accommodate my booking (even though it was confirmed). I disputed that because if I went on Expedia during the conversation, I was able to book another room because it showed as they had more available rooms. They also stated that they were out of the office and the person who were taking bookings on site did not update...
