"For a basic hotel, very good. No AC (but they never said there was, so that's OK). What I liked is that it was very quiet outside our room, so having the windows open on a hot night wasn't a problem. And in contrast to many hotels, while they had a duvet on the bed, they also provided a very light blanket, so it wasn't an all or nothing covering situation. And they had extra pillows. "TIP for the SKIERS: at the hotel reception you can get a much cheaper ski pass (approx. CHF 54-59 per day) than at the ski site or on the internet. Don't forget to ask for it!! If you book through a portal (like Hotels.com) the hotel might not give you this important information. Good location but not ski in/ski out (10-15 min. walk to the nearest ski site). Nice view. "We were able to check in early, which was a big plus. Plenty of parking was available. Food at the restaurant was good. Communication was a bit of a challenge, since we spoke English and the staff mostly spoke French but there was a man at the bar/restaurant who spoke English. The elevator is a bit small and the winding road to drive to the hotel was a challenge but the place is beautiful up in the mountains."
