"Fantastic place. Not fancy, but clean, friendly and just a great stay! Restaurant closed Mondays, but a nearby restaurant "Klippe" took care of us:-) after dark, we had to figure out to use the side door with our key card, but got it to work. Breakfast was great, staff amazing. Ate at restaurant the next day and it was fabulous! Also- the 'conference room' area has an honorary system: take a snack, beer or wine and deposit some cash into a little piggy bank! Love it!!!!"

"Great small hotel. New and modern, but very old-school German. Very very clean. Breakfast is absolutely wonderful and very affordable. I’d highly recommend. The only drawback is that it’s not directly in the old city. However, it’s great for traveling and seeing the neighboring cities and the area. Only about a 30 minute walk to town "

"Stayed a couple of nights, and it was a very pleasant moment. Staff was nice and friendly. The bed and bathroom was perfectly clean and tidy. The hotel & restaurant is located within a residential area. There is an old monumental building just across the hotel. Breakfast was excellent."

"Vores ophold på hotellet var ganske udemærket. Vi fik en god service alle steder, selvom personalet ikke var synlige alle dagstimerne (10-14) Det var dejligt med pool, da vi overnattede dér om sommeren, imens der var varmt. Der var aktivitetsrum med billard, bordtennis, etc. Udsigten fra hotellet var fantastisk. "

"This small hotel is located on a quiet residential street. My double room was clean, with a cosy seating area and a balcony with pleasant view. The hotel is flooded with light and has many homey touches throughout. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. This was a good base for exploring the Southern Harz region. In Bad Sachsa I especially enjoyed Fannys schnitzel and waffle house restaurant, with nice views into the forest and friendly service. I also recommend the hiking trails above nearby...

"Als überdurchschnittlich gut muss man das leckere und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück nennen. Das entspricht locker einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und entsprechend der Kategorie ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus jedem empfehlen. "
