It took us over an hour to even be checked in because they did not have a room. And the guy had to call the manager and she told me there was nothing they could do and I couldn’t cancel with them because it was through Expedia. So then I had to call Expedia. In that process they found a room that had just done maintenance work done in it and it fit what we needed. So in the end it all worked out. But over an hour with a grumpy husband and 3 kids. It was NOT. A great experience.

Staff were frequently not available when issues arose. The reason we chose this location was because it was close to where our mutual friends were getting married. Night one we couldnt shower or flush the toilet and get ready for our dinner plans as they shut off the water with no notification to us whatsoever. All we got was a blanket statement of oh we forgot to put up notice on the units. Night 2 the elevator broke and we had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs. The Air conditioner was loud and even when turning it off it turned itself back on. The room smelled of black mould making us sick. The ice machine was broken and had to have a new one imstalled. The main entrance was blocked off due to renovations. Overall staff were very uncooperative and rude focussed more on getting high and watching tv than listening to our concerns. The TV had limited channels (not that big a deal) but the picture was very fuzzy and cut out. Advertised internet speeds were supposed to be 50mb/s but was wifi was locked at 5mb. Completely unacceptable This experience left me feeling ripped off for my money and time. If you need a hotel save your money and go somewhere else. Ultimately this was a very poor experience. I do not normally wrrite poor reviews but the stay at Sonesta was by far my worst experience ive ever had ehile travelling. Next time i will be spending a bit more and going somewhere else and if your reading this then so should you.

The room was great. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean. I felt very safe at the hotel. The only negative is the hotel is renovating the lobby and there was no breakfast or even morning coffee to enjoy!

amy was the counter person in charge we got in a mlittle early so there were no ready for at least a couple hours so we waited while amy got the cleaning staff to hustle it up so instead of posably two hour wait yurned in to a half an hour all the while kept us informed witt a big smile smile on her fase she was awsom under presure made it a great stay even it was only one nite thank you for having a great staff keep it up dont let any get away especialy amy.
