Staff were very helpful and attentive, house keeping was on top of keeping us with fresh linens and towels daily. Absolutely loved our whole stay. Especially nice to have the 2 pools and easy direct access to the beach. The view from our room of the beach was awesome also. Really nice to wake up to in the morning.

It was a very welcoming family atmosphere. There was entertainment and many activities for the kids to do. The staff was very attentive snd nice. The front desk staff was very nice especially Chris who has worked there since 1993. The waitresses Mimi on the bea h was excellent. Just make sure you are aware of the extra fees that a charged.

Beautiful location on a baby powder white sand beach. Rumfish resort is intimate and quaint while the sister island grand resort has better pools, giant slide and facilities. There were some buildings and restaurants closed due to recovery from recent hurricane damage but what was open was nice and having no crowds there more than made up for it as everything was easy to do with no crowds.

Check in was long and frustrating. We were told on the phone that we were getting the room floor we asked for but come to find out it was not available. The bathroom fan did not work, the stove did not have one of the burners working, the frig was really out of balance, not enough towels so they just left a big plastic bag with towels jumbled up in it. Check out was again frustrating and long and did not have my deposited payment on their system. The excuse is that they are on a new computer system.

The room was nice and spacious but looked like it hadn't been serviced recently probably due to lack of guests from recent hurricane. Staff was nice. The property is in good shape considering the hurricane damage. Work in progress outside the hotel, but overall in good shape.

The hotel needs a little updating but its beautifully maintained. The service is awesome . The restaurant, Rum Fish Grill was excellent. Instead of venturing out we choose to eat there mostly because it was so good.

Have stayed here before, storm damage notwithstanding, there were numerous issues such as heat not working, phone not working, elevator not working, staff gave wrong answers and directions, or did not know what the resort fee amenities were. Things were cancelled with no notice and no refund of any portion of ridiculously high daily resort fee...
