The fridge in our room didnt work and the AC was cooling enough. I told front desk and I was told they couldnt do anything until the morning but I was just staying there wjth ny husband for one night. Also, they only had 1 person making breakfast so had to wait for items a long time. Not super bad but I dont know if I will visit this location again, not so happy with it.

Located next to a strip club was not appealing. Not given the best of rooms since booked through a 3rd party Expedia...on other side of building from boiler room, so had to wait 15 minutes for any hot water in sink or shower. Phones did not work to connect you to front desk. Had to go down 4 flights to speak with front desk. 2a.m. fire alarm with evacuation and fire dept. response. When making any type of complaint the management takes no responsibility, blaming me for making the reservations through Expedia, stating Expedia pays her. Guess this disregards any care of reputation for the hotel in which she is employed!
