"I went with a friend for Oktoberfest in Munich but didn’t want to pay city prices; so that’s how we chose this. Pros: Price. Very quiet. The woman who checked us in was lovely. Lovely neighborhood. The restaurant right down the road (Swagatram, I think) was delicious. Bus stop right out front. Very clean. Cons: Check in time (4pm-6pm) is a bit inconvenient. Check out is at 10am. "Did not like the view since there is a Home Depot like center around. However in the other hand, there was a grocery store around open from 7am to 8pm and around 20min walk to the metro station. Very bad was the late check in to hotel since employees leave at 2pm. The login software wasn’t easy to navigate. We saw a lot of upset people during check in procedures. Would give here only one star. Otherwise 4 stars when employees available."

"This hotel was clean, modern, and had all we needed for our stay in Munich. A definite plus is the short walk to a Lidl grocery store and even shorter walk to train. No need for a car to get into and around the city. Teh neighborhood is quiet and peaceful for a good night's rest. "
