My favorite part of our stay was the very friendly, helpful and happy front desk staff. They were working the Thanksgiving holiday but made us feel so welcome! The breakfast was warm and had many options. The locations was perfectly located for all we wanted to see on our trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel is a nice and clean hotel. The rooms were very large and comfortable. The work desk area was great with plenty of pug ins and storage. The only downfall was noise from the floor above.

We would definitely stay here again! The staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It's near the freeway, so there's noise from cars, but for some, that helps them sleep. It didn't bother us. The workout room is great! Breakfast was great. We drove the barely 1 mile drive to Historic St Charles. It was a great stay!

It was conveniently located. Staff was responsive when we needed anything taken care of in our room. It was quite warm in our room (between 77-80°) the whole time we were there. We tried adjusting the temperature as we were told but it didnt work.
