Right from arrival until departure all the staff we had dealings with were welcoming, friendly and professional. The room & breakfast service was exactly as described. We just stayed for the night but I wish we stayed longer! The staff was very welcoming and friendly when we checked in. The hotel room itself was clean, great AC, comfy beds and great layout. The breakfast had plenty of options and was well stocked. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

I liked the swimming pool the underground parking and the staff were very helpful. The triple room though was a bit small for 3 beds and no light above the 3rd bed squeezed in to the room.

Nice hotel, very clean and conveniently placed for business district, generally friendly welcome, let down by male reception staff who simply have zero customer service skill, and on two occasions very arrogant. Cleaner was the polar opposite could not be more helpful. Would stay again
