"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Savoy from Monday 11th November 2024 on a holiday from mainland UK. We had a hired car and hotel parking was very accessible and convenient. The hotel had step free access which was helpful for my wife. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast menu catered for all tastes including full English and Continental with fruit options."

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Lovely staff. Excellent view. Location good for direct access to a beach and buses. If you want to walk into town the route is not that nice. Hotel was very clean and the October set evening meal was outstanding. "

"Pros were the excellent and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was hot, varied and delicious. The distance to St Helier is walkable which gives a great choice of restaurants for the evening meal. Indoor heated pool and jacuzzi - which was actually hot. Cons were simply the heat - we were there in the last week of July when there was a heatwave, which was lovely by day - but by night too much as there’s no air conditioning in the rooms or indeed elsewhere in the hotel. Outdoor pool not...

"Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Problem with toilet was remedied immediately. Hotel could do with pool area being smartened up. Sound proofing between rooms not the best. Loud music played a few evenings but was dealt with by staff when contacted. Great location for central St Helier, easy to walk to many areas. On the whole, a great stay in Jersey."
