"Sited in a convenient spot but not too close to the hullaballoo of Republic Street Mandera was an oasis of air conditioned calm in a tempest of people and heat. "The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with stylish modern decor, spacious rooms, tall ceilings, abundance of Molton Brown products, unlimited bottled water and a complementary basket of fruit on arrival. Hotel location is very central, yet on a quiet street. All the staff are lovely, very friendly and polite. However, I did encounter a few issues: 1. "The hotel was really nice. It is located right near Termini which is a pretty pack noisy area by the train station. Convenient for transport though. There are multiple places to eat around the hotel, some touristy and some not. The hotel staff was nice. "

"We had an issue on the first night, and the receptionist managed to sorted it all out for us once raised. He was very apologetic for something that was out of their control but we’re grateful that he was able to accommodate. In fact the reception team during our stay were great. "Casa Ellul is a small gem with an excellent restaurant. The chef was able to devise an outstanding dinner for us based on our vegan requirements. The staff were extraordinarily helpful, even coming around a tea time with treats. The location is in the historic part of Valleta but is still very quiet.
