We would rate this as 2.5 or 3 out of five it certainly does not in our view meet exceptional and 9.8 when compared to other places we have stayed all over europe. "Had very comfortable Room with great view onto the St Peter's dome, room was clean and pretty large. Bath as well large with bathtub. Breakfast was excellent in terms of choices of drinks and food. Very friendly staff despite being pretty busy. The location was in walking distance to all old town sights. "
