"This is everything a B&B should be. It's charming and delightful. The host and hostess are wonderful and a delighted. They host a very complete breakfast. And the decor as well thought out. I truly enjoyed my stay there and wish I had stayed a few more days. It's located very convenient to a lot of the sites in the area."

"Lovely one night stay as part of a road trip down to Cornwall. The host was lovely and friendly and made us welcome. The room was comfortable and quiet and we slept well. Delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. Ideally I’d have liked a bigger bath sheet that could wrap round me after a shower but for a short stay it was perfectly fine. "

"The location, grounds and building are lovely. Ambiance is unpretentious and professional, the food delicious. The rooms are lovely but our bathroom was a let down. Very deep old and somewhat dangerous bathtub, with mixer shower taps. No way to shower without flooding. Very limited shelving/storage - nowhere to put washbags etc."

"Our trip to this hotel was overall a pleasant experience, however a couple of items regarding this hotel need to be addressed. 1. The carpets areceorn and dirty, they need changing or at the very least cleaning. 2. The hot water in the shower takes too long to heat up (approximately a minutes) 3. "We booked a family suite which is lovely - very modern and tastefully decorated. A lovely tea/coffee area and bottles of water weee supplied. Both bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto outside area. The views are amazing and it is just so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was amazing - THE BEST bacon!! Would highly recommend this place - ideal for walkers. "
