"Really beautiful hotel in a great area of town. Rooms were very nice and the hotel was very walkable to all the highlights of the city. The front desk was very helpful through check-in, fulfilling requests, and unfortunately dealing with a very frustrating service at breakfast. Breakfast service was quite disorganized and made for a very poor experience for a 5-star hotel."

"Very nicely renovated hotel in the heart of the city. Breakfast was great, bed was very comfortable, room was spacious enough and the bathroom was great. Right in the centre. The only criticism - Russian speaking receptionist who couldn't speak Lithuanian. That's not acceptable."

"We had a lovely stay, capped off by finding our hotel was a feature on one of our walking tours! It's a very iconic hotel, in an excellent location. Staff very friendly. Our room had a sloping ceiling which was a bit awkward for a tall person. The pool table in a beautiful room is a nice touch. Breakfast was very good - both buffet and from menu."

"Perfect location in the old town, easy to come from airport/train station , clean rooms, bathrooms and public places . Very nice breakfast, plenty of choices, lovely coffee, big choice of pastries for breakfast… Next to supermarket ( if anything needed for the room , like water etc ) Beautiful view from the terrace… I’ll be back !!!"

"Lovely reasonable hotel near the Old Town and everywhere walkable. Really friendly staff especially the lady on reception and the food and restaurant looked good and seemed busy even though we didn’t eat there but had a lovely cocktail. Nice spacious and comfy room and bed. Car park at back and only 15euros per day to park. "

"The Joseph is a gem. The proprietor is very personable. Rooms are modern with up to date. The location of the Joseph is right on the river on the border between the central business district and the "touristic" area, making it absolutely walkable to all parts of town. Wonderful place to stay!"

"Our check in experience with Ale & Adas was an enjoyable and professional experience. When I booked our two rooms, (one double & one single room, one male and a married couple), reservation I mistakenly added my friends wife to my room when she should have been added to her husband’s room. Ada & Ale and the three of us had a hilarious moment of fun filled banter and laughter as they corrected the situation. When we requested local cuisine dining options one of the restaurants Ada recommended...

"Most importantly the apartment is situated in the middle of the Old Town surrounded by lots of restaurants and the Iki supermarket is just across the road. On arrival at the gate I was informed that entry was gained by pressing a button inside the gate, no button was obvious as it was behind the lock, I eventually worked it out. There is a severe unmarked trip hazard when entering through the gate. On entering the apartment it was clean but only one of the two beds were made up and the dishwater...

"Hotel located in convenient place for sightseeing. In my room I had thin double doors to the bathroom, which weren’t any sound barrier, so… and they don’t have a parking space, therefore I had to use city parking paid from 8 a.m to midnight (approx. 2€ per hour)"
