I would rate it a 5 STAR however we didn’t like that one parking space per room and there was no disclaimer anywhere that states that but just says there’s a $20 charge for parking. We were all coming from different city of the state and had to park in a public garage and walk back to the hotel. Very inconvenient.

I know parking is limited in town, but charging for the parking on property, not a fan of that. Never had to do that before. I’m wondering what the reasoning behind it is. Confused. I’m paying for a room and there’s plenty of space to park on property. Makes no sense to me, just my car sitting in a parking space.

We went to St Augustine to see the Nights of Lights and chose this hotel for our stay. Other than some confusion of which Hampton Inn location our reservation was actually for (there are two fairly close together) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean, the main hotel is clean and maintained and the staff are very friendly and promptly fulfill any need.

The room was very small and not worth $536.00 They charged $20.00 for parking (limit 1 car) Came to a total of $56.00 with deposit. My guest i was visiting had to park a mile away due to one car limit. I was totaly disappointed with this purchase.
