Great location and lobby area. Hotel seemed clean but could use some sprucing up. Outside of building is very vanilla and could use some color accents and images to remind you of Guy Harvey. A/C unit in room was very loud as was the toilet flush. Employees in bar and front desk were very nice.

Property and room very clean even though hotel is pet friendly. Easy check in at any time, staff available 24/7. Parking area is big and although full of you head back late, we always found a spot. Santiagos the restaurant inside hotel has amazing food! All in all a very cozy 5 star hotel. Also distance to old town is around 20-25 minutes. Would definitely stay there again!

The best thing is the staff excelente!!! But unfortunately we were there for two nights And my room was never cleaned. I have traveled all over the world from no star to 5 stars hotels I never had this happen. The reason people go on vacation is not have to make there own bed or clean This really put a cloud on my vacation. *Rooms need a renovation *

We spent a weekend in December so wasn't sure what to expect. Property was busy but not so you would know it. Just lots of cars. Lots of dogs. Which is fine but was surprised to see how many. Restaurant was good. Nice to have a dine in option after a travel day and a place to grab breakfast before sightseeing. Room was nice but it was a little expensive. I know it's Nights Of Lights but still.

This was the best hotel stay I have had in years . We had 0 complaints about this stay. The only complant that could have been better was less wind. Too bad the staff could not control that. It was a perfect 5 stars for me . Keep up the great work,your team has earned a good Christmas bonus, hope the company can afford to pay them.
