"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

"Great location as it was close to Cranzahl. Room was nice but shower stall was tiny. Breakfast was great. We are from the states and no one spoke English. Somewhat understandable because of the area, but it did make it difficult to check in. Overall it was fine, but only stayed there because the Brettmüller was fully booked."

"Upon arriving and informing the front desk I was there to check in I was simply told ‘no’. When I explained I had a reservation through Expedia the lady checked and proceeded to check me in but continued complaining about it. Hardly welcoming. We just wanted to get some snacks from the restaurant and watch the football but the restaurant was really full service with no option to get snacks. We were told any food we wanted would take an hour. We asked if we needed a reservation but were told no so we just got drinks and settled in to watch the football. About 10 minutes later the restaurant staff came and told us to come as they were ready now which was confusing since they had said an hour, anyway we went to eat. The food was good. The room was excellent, the 2 bedroom suite was huge, clean and comfortable. Great accommodation but the service could be better."
