"Absolutely amazing weekend. Felt looked after straight away from the check in staff, this carried on with each area we were in, including the spa and The Jigger Inn. The hotel is so well looked after, the bedroom was clean and comfortable with great views of the golf courses. "

"Despite it being a very good hotel, and the staff pleasant, the pricing is not always clear from from the start and one feels one has to ask alot of questions to understand what costs what. We found the extra fee (dog package) for our dog expensive at £25, though we appreciated that a dog bed, bowl and dog treats were prepared for him. "

"The Dunvegan was such a lovely hotel. We loved all the golf memorabilia and the history of the hotel. The staff were kind and attentive, and the location is ideal for enjoying all the sights of the wonderful town of St. Andrews. We hope to stay here again when we visit. "

"Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely ensuite bathroom. Location is brilliant - about a 20 metre walk and you’re on the Old Course!! Parking was easy and free nearby. Be aware that, quite typically of St Andrew’s, there is no lift so make sure you’re up to climbing stairs and also getting your luggage up and down yourself! Staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend!!"

"We stayed as a family of 4, the room was great with one double and two single beds. Plenty of space and nice and clean. All staff were friendly and the food was lovely."

"Lovely weekend away. Lodge was beautiful and spotlessly clean. High chair and travel cot were provided, both in excellent condition. Resort and surrounding area are well worth a visit. Communication from owners was very good, Lorraine answered all my questions promptly. "

"Wonderful stay in this charming, quiet, self contained room. Good wi-fi, nice kitchen and good, modern bathroom. My only wish is that the room would have had a bath but I knew it didn’t at the time of booking, so no complaints. Hosts were excellent, very friendly and were very respectful of privacy. "
