"We booked and prepaid for this hotel months ahead, when we got to the hotel that night, basically this hotel refused our stay even though I have paid for it. He said the ownership changed. Why didn't he contact me or hotels.com when this hotel is no longer operating, according to the new hotel owner, they switched to a new owner.
