"Truly perfect location within the city walls. Short walk with luggage, so that was no an issue. The property itself has only stairs, no elevator, but that was once again, not an issue. Recommendation - because the location is phenomenal, make sure to walk the walls as soon as they open. Wonderful property. "

Jelena was easy to communicate with by WhatsApp, had great restaurant recommendations for us (truly seconds from the front door), and the Konzum in the nearest square was easy to find - it was nice to have a quiet breakfast in the apartment before heading out for the day. Bathrooms were modern and giant. Wifi worked well. A great fit for us with two toddlers. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks Jelena! "

"The apartment was a really great size, with huge balcony. Very convenient to the tourist bus for old town, and there are various places close to get groceries, food, or enjoy a drink. The host very kindly stayed up for a late check in due to our flight being delayed. Would stay here again. "

"Close to old town amenities. On the whole the apartment was very clean apart from some stains on the bed quilts. The description details are a bit misleading it does not mention all the steps you have to get to it inside the building and outside. And also the fact it is above a restaurant."

"The apartment was gorgeous and spacious. Fairly new. Location was awesome with the perfect view (and sunsets). Large patio. Beautiful pool. But needing a few very minor repairs (tighten the fridge door panel, ensure the curtains are hanging properly - hooks undone) ... small and minor stuff to keep it in perfect order. Staff was quick to respond to requests."

"In the old town up steep stairs, however our host greeted us and carried two heavy suitcases to the apartment. It was spacious. Shower leaked but extra towels provided. Clean and comfortable."

There are not enough good words to say about Andrea and Sea Rocks, so I will just say we literally cannot wait to get back to Dubrovnik and Sea Rocks…would never think of staying anywhere else!"

"This is very comfortable hotel. Very good breakfast and friendly attentive service. Limited parking, so be sire to reserve a spot before checking-in. It is nicely situated to attractions and walking distance to the port and restaurants as well as buses to take you throughout Dubrovnik. "

"Fabulous hotel with exceptional staff and facilities. We were upgraded to a Deluxe room overlooking the sea, the view was incredibly beautiful at sunrise. The pianist playing at breakfast and during the evening was very relaxing. The spa, indoor pool and other facilities were excellent. Even though it was November we were able to swim in the sea and the outdoor pool. The hotel is in a great location for the old town and also for the port and some other beaches up the coast. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxury stay in Dubrovnik."

"I wouldnt recommend walking to the hotel with huge bags. Get taxi or bus. It is on a hill, serviced by local buses. But the hotel itself is great, staff fantastic and just close enough (20-30) min walk between Old Town and where all the other hotels are in Lapad (30 mins other directon). Released pleased we books this hotel rather than one further out in Lapad ."
