The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The property has been undergoing "renovations" for several months and only recently reopened. The renovations are unfortunately ongoing, and thusfar consist primarily of new exterior paint and maintenance. My room was clean and fresh. Unfortunately, although the h advertised indoor pool and hot tub, only the pool was functioning during my stay. Also, although free breakfast was advertised, the first morning of my stay only juice and coffee were available. The second morning, all of the food was gone before 7:30. During my previous stays, those services were better.

This property has been under "renovation" for several months' time. It appears it is still being renovated. It also appears most of the renovation thus far is exterior painting and deferred maintenance. Although the listing says there is free breakfast, there was none the first morning of my stay, only coffee and juice at 6:45 a.m. The second morning, the food was all consumed before 7:30 a.m. There is an indoor pool and hot tub, but the hot tub was closed during my stay. Hopefully things will improve. The staff seems friendly and helpful and the room I had was clean and fresh.

They are in the middle of a remodel. The room was nice but they didn't replace the bathroom door which was very rough. It seemed odd. The website advertises the Bar and Restaurant but they are not functional because of the remodel. they still provided a hot breakfast though.

Property is under renovation which wasn’t that big of a deal. Front desk staff were very friendly. Floors in the room needed to mopped. Left my toddlers feet black. Tv in the room could have been bigger. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t anything fancy but could have more of a variety.

Where to start - The hot tub was hot, and the room AC worked. Those are the only positives we had. The staff were rude and didn’t care at all! We arrived on a Friday and were notified the hotel would be shutting down on Sunday. The elevators and ice machines were broken; the floors were really dirty; our fire alarm was disconnected; WiFi was down toilet wasn’t secured to the floor; water went from scalding hot to freezing cold periodically; no coffee or juices during breakfast, which is a loose term for the boxed cereal (with no milk!), and mini-muffins provided. The absolute worst part was on the day we were to check out, the door locks were disabled - Meaning we couldn’t get anywhere with our room keys: We had to have staff use their master keys to open the doors from the outside, as well as our room door. Good luck with any reservation in the future, but staff had terrible things to say about the property owner, as well, so I would absolutely encourage anyone to NEVER stay at this hotel.
