"Cons: No maid service and the pool was freezing cold as it wasn’t heated Pros: gym was great, amenities around the pool were awesome, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms had all you needed, unfortunately we didn’t have a balcony in our room but there were rooms with one, if we were to go back again I would request one. "

"Check in and out process were very easy, parking is limited but we found a spot each day we were there. Cleanliness could be significantly improved, there were stains all over the couch, the walls were visibly dirty with stuff caked on them. The sheets on the bed were these weird disposable sheets I’ve never seen before and the lighting in the rooms was absolutely awful. The location and general set up was convenient. You could walk to Broadway (a bit of a long walk) or take a short Uber/taxi...

"The property was in a good location and very clean. It also looked a bit worn. The breakfast was wonderful for us. My husband is a diabetic and they had great protein, low carb food. Excellent in my opinion! They only thing that was hard for me was the smell of cleaning product was extremely strong there. The lobby, it bowled me over and the room was pungent. I do not have a sensitive nose at all, usually."
