"Toilet paper dispenser was broke, heating appliance was not working only the cooling option, At breakfast the coffee ran out; there was no one to tell that more fresh coffee was needed. The card reader in the side entrance was not working we had walk all around to get in the hotel. The rest was ok"

"This is my preferred hotel when visiting Mobile, AL. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, it has become my preferred hotel. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is cleaned and not drab with quality amenities and toiletries. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. "

"The area was good. Food, shopping, and downtown were all within a 5 minute drive. The service at the desk was great. The property is clearly old but the air worked perfectly, tv was good and shower was hot. But the sheets and towels were so nasty we had to go buy our own including pillowcases. The floor was nasty and the amenites were all dirty even the wall lights. Stay was ok but the linen needs to be thrown out and newly purchased. Even the couch was filthy. Thankfully mardi gras kept us busy but the room was unacceptable but with no other booking options we endured. "
