"Great Hotel Resort. Excellent customer service from our immediate arrival to our departure date. Comfortable beds, large TV in the rooms. Large lazy river swimming pool, temperature controlled, a bonus. There are lots of great restaurants on the hotel premises. We will return. The only small issue was trying to leave the parking area. The resort has a new system that will either take your room key or some small QR code on the receipt you get when you enter the premises. Speak with the registration desk when attempting to leave with your car. "

"Room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Loved that they have higiene items readily available. I just wished they had a mini fridge. That was the only down for me."

"Great, comfortable room with easy access to parking. Be advised that parking is not free. It's about $10/night , but easy to pay. The property is very nice and convenient to The Ron, La Cantera Shops and I-10. Very nice place!"
