The room was very nice and a great rate. Its location was great. The outside doesn't look like much, but being so centrally located was the way to go. The only drawback would be carrying your luggage upstairs. I would absolutely stay again.

Perfect for exploring the old town

Lovely spacious apartment that is perfectly located to explore the old town. We were a couple staying in the Deluxe Double and it was perfect for our needs. There are no views from the spacious balcony but it was pleasant to sit out on an evening. My only addition would be a Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to music.

Fantastic Place for the Night

The contact free checkin was cool, the location for activity in old town Split was very convenient, and the room was comfortable. Only downside is parking near old town.

The apartment is on the edge of old city but is still reachable by car to unload baggage. I got extremely lucky and found a free parking for 3 days. We had a spacious room with a fridge so we could have a breakfast in the room (there are two supermarkets and a bakery just around the corner). There is a cleaning service every day. Split in general is a fantastic place to be and we definitively be back!

Dont be concerned when you enter the building. They have their own are in the building which is very good. Person who manages is exceptionally attentive and responsive.

Great stay

We stayed only for one night on our way to Hvar island, but everything worked perfectly in this apartment. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated, air conditioning worked well, the bathroom was spacious etc. We were able to leave our luggage to the reception because we were early there. The location is perfect, very close to everything. We got nice tips for our stay in Split, and overall we’re very satisfied!

In the beginning, it was a bit challenging to find the apartment, but there was a small sign a little hidden on the building's wall with the place's name. Our navigator would have led us to the wrong place but fortunately the pink building was clearly recognizable, so we eventually found our way to the room once we realized to look that sign next to the green door! The room was tidy, the place peaceful, and the staff really lovely. During the day, some street noises were a bit disturbing, but at least by 10:00 PM on weekdays, it was completely quiet. The old town and the beach promenade were really close by. There's a taxi stand right in front of the building, so excellent transportation connections. I highly recommend it!

Both front desk attendants were very nice and allowed us to keep our bags with them until the room was ready. They even put the bags in the room for us. The floor has a really cool stone and crystal floor. The only thing that could be better is the AC was at the lowest temperature and it was still warm. Also you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs but that’s Europe! I really liked this place and the staff and I would definitely stay there again!

It was easy to completely block the outside light and noise for a great night's sleep. That was especially nice after flying all day. Hated the climb up three flights of stairs with luggage and no Bell staff to help us out. Getting too old for that.

Nightmare in Split - terrible service from owner

We had booked a family room for two nights for my family with three children. When we arrived we were told that the AC had been fixed by some technicians the same day so the room would be colder after some hours. We went out and came back again in the evening and the room was still 35 degrees and it was terrible to have a good night sleep. The front-desk employee was super-sweet and tried to do her best, but the property owners were not willing to either give any compensation nor refund so we could find an other place to stay. We were offered two alternatives that was really not any real alternatives for a family with three children. 1. A room next door that only had beds for 2 persons 2. Walk over 300 metres with all the luggage late in the evening to a room in an other building in the city, just to move back again to the same room with no-working AC the next day. We were not allowed to sleep in the other room for two nights so we had to move back and forth. I tried to be in touch with the property owners but they didn’t respond the calls. They were not interested to have any dialogue or communication at all and at the end when I finally were able to speak to them they threatened me to go to the police and hang up. I have never experienced such behaviour from any hotels or property-owners. All I asked for was to have a dialogue of how and when the AC could be fixed. The owner will probably answer here that the AC was working but not in full speed but this is rubbish!
