Great location inside the walls of Diocletian’s Palace. Handy, 100m to closest cab drop and 400m to ferry, port. Nice (old) hotel with terrific staff and perfect breakfast.

Good hotel.

Location is perfect, inside the old town. Staff very kind and helpfully. Good breakfast and rooms are simple, but a good room also Wi-Fi internt.

The property is very well located just inside the Palace. Parking was available a bit of a walk. The staff were a little grumpy and the room was a little tired. It was convenient for touring the sites, restaurants, ferries in Split

Quaint and couldn't be closer to the major sites in Split. Powerwashing of the Roman facades started at 6am though right outside the window.

Beautiful hotel inside the Old Town walls. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Room was quirky with little natural light due to proximity to outer wall snd restoration. Bed was comfortable. Great location. You will need to get your luggage up a road and up and down many stairs.

The staff was very accommodating of our arrival and kept our luggage so we could enjoy the day. The hotel is inside the walls of the palace built in 305AD. The bathroom is not as large as American standards but there was a shower and it was clean.

My hotel stay at the Hotel Peristil was excellent. The manager arranged for a cappuccino and orange juice to be ready for a 5 am departure to the airport, help arrange baggage and taxi transfer to the airport.

Average hotel with an amazing location

Room was okay. Air conditioning was okay but could have got colder.. just never gold cold enough. Service was decent. On the last day they wanted me to pay extra tourist tax yet my booking included taxes. Apart from that the location was the best. Great location. Average hotel. Will not stay again instead look for others with a similar location and better all around.

Stopover in Split

Lovely short stay in Split on the way to Hvar. Peristil is tucked away just inside the walled city, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and friendly. Only downside is no lift if you have heavy luggage and get a third floor room! Vladimir has 10 life stories to tell.

Central location

We stayed one night in the hotel before our flight home. Very well situated close to the harbour and airport shuttle. It is a nice small hotel with an old style mediterranian decor just inside and next to the churchtower of the city of old Split, so you are right in the center of everything from very early morning till late night - you might want some earplugs just in case. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Fine standard breakfast.

It’s an old building , but not of ancient significance . May have been build in the 1950s . To me , it’s fine. It’s clean and safe. It’s a bit expensive for what it is —although breakfast comes with the bill.

Good but sulphurous

The staff, in particular Filipa were excellent. The room and environment were as you would expect in a UNESCO world heritage site. However the smell was very off putting. I'm informed that it is there sulphur springs but it was really unpleasant.
