"No air conditioning! They promised (falsely) to fix it and then said it could not be fixed. We slept with the balcony door open and are now covered in mosquito bites. And we couldn’t sleep because the mosquito buzz is surprisingly loud when it’s near your head. We killed several, most of which were already full of our blood. " Fantastic central hotel, incredibly good food in the restaurant, and the breakfast was outstanding! You ordered breakfast from a menu and received plenty of food. Coffee, juice, water, and bread with butter and jam were also free, as well as a generous slice of cake. The hotel was very clean, the room was spotless, and they make amazing drinks at great prices"

"It’s an excellent property itself, very spacious, modern and clean. However, second elevator didn’t work for some time, and we had episodes of no water or electricity. It was a problem, since our suite was located on 19th floor. For the last day, water was shut off completely without any explanation or apology."

"A lovely hotel, clearly owned by a loving family. The room was very clean and spacious with excellent air con and facilities. The pool area was lovely and so nice to be a stones throw away from the beach. WiFi was dodgy but not worth not staying here for! Plenty to do around the area. Would highly recommend staying here!"
