"It is a beautiful hotel. Our only issue was with the fact that our room was located on the main floor beside the entrance. The high ceilings and the echo noise from the lobby area was quite noisy. "Sewerage smell in the bathroom was so bad you could not be in there. Worst is they knew about it. When I arrived late the room door was left open and so was the window. I went out not realising how bad it was. It was too late to move anyway. In the morning the owner lies about not knowing about it but mysteriously already knew the room number even though he wasn't working reception. The place is a dump. It's disappointing to find this sort of establishment can advertise on hotels.com"

"The best part about this hotel were the staff members. From housekeeping to the front desk, they were accommodating, helpful, kind, and pleasant.
