"This property looks fairly new and was as clean as it gets. The property gives free breakfast at a nearby restaurant called Porters which has incredible selections. This is not your typical hotel breakfast and everything is homemade. We also had amazing views of the surrounding mountains, which is also enjoyable from the hot tub. The prooperty location is in the heart of springdale, about a 3 minute drive to Zion National Park parking lot. The experience with this hotel is 5 stars and worth the price. "

"The room was warm and comfortable and very clean, bed linen was fresh and bed was comfortable. The main reception area was very welcoming with large area and fireplace.. we met and talked to other guests and had a lovely time. Plenty of food for breakfast which was included. Would definitely stay there again."
