Karen is a wonderful hostess, she has lots of great information on things to see in the area and she is ready with anything you might possibly need. If you are looking for a retreat away from the tourist traffic of the Great Ocean Road while still being connected to good Wi-Fi and all the amenities, this is the place to stay."
