"The location is excellent. The room could use some renovation, but the woman working in the kitchen during breakfast truly stood out. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting guests with a warm smile and making everyone feel at home. Her positive attitude and attentiveness made the start of the day much more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was fresh, well-prepared, and that guests had what they needed. Her kindness and energy were easily the highlight of the stay."

"The room was extremely clean but it was unfortunately dusty. When we arrived, no fault of the staff, there was a power outage. I was dissapointed that the hotel did not have proper emergency lighting and we had to be escorted in the dark, by flashlight, up 5 floors. "

Finally was able to check in after the game we attended. When I asked how we could get reimbursed for their late check in, the employee stated “we haven’t really been charging for late check outs”. "
