"Nice room, big bathroom but why the small triangle luggage trolleys? It wasn't easy getting my cats up to the room in their (double) carrier with the trolley. Otherwise, a nice stay and great breakfast. Thank you! "

"I was amazed how they renovated the hotel. They enclosed it and it was wonderful. The room was big, spacious, and clean, the bed was nice and firm, and plenty of hot water and towels. My only complaint was the toilet tank kept losing water and running all night. I had to shut the water valve off(room 234) but other than that, everything else was great. Breakfast was delicious but there was no juice provided(orange, apple, or cranberry) and I don't drink coffee. The fitness center was small but...

"Very comfortable bed. Excellent free breakfast. Indoor pool was a lifesaver after a long car ride with a two year old. "

"Honestly, the only issue we had was checking in. We arrived 2 hours before check-in. I know and completely understand when check-in tome starts. I have no problem with that at all. I did ask if there was any way we could check in early. The man working said probably not right then. Very nice, professional. The woman was rude. She just said NO, it will be at least 330 or 400 pm. Okay, I told her that was no problem and thanked her for checking. We left, came back at the start of check-in time...

"Convenient. Quiet. Suite was large. The furniture was very worn and dog eared. There was a strong draft under the central air unit. Gym was good. Pool was closed for maintenance. Breakfast could use some non pork sausage options. Staff were great."
