"The views on the property were amazing. The location was great. The food was great. The staff in the Canopy restaurant/bar were amazing. Beautiful rooms. We loved the property but were disappointed with our check in. Upon arrival, at check in time, we were told it would only be a few minutes. It took almost an hour. That’s not the end of the world but worth mentioning. My biggest concern was cleanliness. On multiple occasions we had to ask for clean silverware as the ones given to us were nasty...

"The hotel itself is wonderful. Service was very good. Staff at the lounge and other restaurants were friendly and very professional. The food was far above expectations. Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony.
