"Pelicans was a beautiful surprise. A clean & moden feeling unit a short walk from Middleton Beach. The unit was open, modern, light, clean with everything you could want from a small dishwasher to full fridge, washing machine, stove, microwave etc. all clean & well presented. Bathroom was a good size with a decent shower. Great location near the beach with cafes & restaurants a short stroll, along with playgrounds, swimming areas and the boardwalk. "Loverly receptionist and friendly and nice clean and very quiet rooms. Large rooms and plenty of space Great location ! The deposit you couldn’t pay by using your phone . Very odd . Only cash or physical card only . Not sure if this policy can be more up to date with times . Other feedback is the room we had , had a main door then 1 doors to our room then another to the another app which I would assume can be all opened so connecting both but as we weren’t told of this or given a option ,...

"It was very nice but we had trouble getting our key because we were using the “ other” key box punch pad. There were two boxes and we used the bigger one several times to no avail. We a bit frantic. No one yo call at 7.30 pm at night. Luckily we tried the other key pad and that worked. Had trouble finding our unit. Map on the door not that easy to see or read "

"Great place to stay in Busselton with everything you could possibly want. Unit was spacious & reasonably modern. Includes dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, full fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave- was a full home away from home. Was in a stand-alone unit which was great (they aren’t all but most are).
