"Outdated, elevators are in terrible shape, ceiling in our bathroom and bedroom was peeling and flaking off during our stay, outside balcony was cracked and crumbling in spots- BUT, staff was very friendly and it was a GREAT location and heated pool was nice after a long day out."

"The staff when I checked in was wonderful. I had to make a last minute reservation due to my father's illness. They were very accommodating and very empathetic. I didn't spend much time at the hotel given the circumstances. The property is a little dated but nothing was unsatisfactory."
