"The eclectic feel of the lobby area and the friendliness of the staff were great. The room was very clean. The heater was broken in the room we were assigned, but they moved us promptly to another room. Walking distance to the airport and from there it was a quick Underground train ride to the city center. I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at hotel montecarlo! The rooms were spacious and had a comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a quieter area and was about a 10 minute walk to loreto station which took us straight to the duomo."

"I have traveled around the world for more than 20 years and I have never been treated so rude by a hotel staff. When I paid Expedia it showed that the city Tax was included but the staff said "no". I told him (a young man) that it sometimes happens, and I was going to pay this tax (I showed the invoice of Expedia). "The property was in a perfect location. It was a very quick walk to the Duomo and there were a lot of nearby shopping and dining options. The hotel room we chose was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we found was that cigarette smoke was present frequently throughout the hotel including the elevator and our room. The staff was great and moved us to a new room on arrival but the smoke drifted into our new room as well due to the location. We did not mention to the hotel staff...

"This hotel is ideal if you want to stay within the city centre. Literally 2 minutes walking to Il Duomo on a bustling Corso Vittorio Emanuele.The only drawback we experienced was that the rooms are very small, otherwise everything was excellent "
