"I had a wonderful stay and the staff were fantastic. The only disappointment was on check out I was promised that my bill would be sent to me. This did not happen. I emailed several times to follow up the request no response. Luckily I have a friend that lives there and he had to physically go and ask before it was sent. Very disappointing"

"We had a lovely time at Paradis Plage, booked this as a winter sun / fitness holiday. The gym is well equipped, but could do with some upgrades. The rower no longer has a working computer to track distance/cals, the seat of the bike is rusty and collapses easily. Food here was okay. Not great for vegans, and I’d be wary of visiting if I had an allergy. While allergens were clearly marked, some of the dishes at breakfast were vague on their contents. "Great stay at a family friendly resort. Awesome location for golf lovers and overall property is cozy with beautiful views. Check in was super easy and fast and Rachid (hotel manager) was extremely polite, professional and helpful. Breakfast included a delicious traditional Moroccan spread. Definitely recommend this hotel for families. "

"Very spacious apartment with balcony overlooking pool, lounge, bedroom and two shower rooms. View of sea from terrace outside room. Amazing choice of food at breakfast including freshly made omelettes. On arrival given refreshments of Moroccan mint tea. Arranged taxi ride to bus station for us on our departure. Sadly our planned three night stay was shortened to one night due to flight cancellation from UK (storm)."
