"We had a great stay at the Mainstays! Service was friendly and always available. The breakfasts were great (there was a wide range of options). They are within walking range of grocery store (across the street) and several shops/restaurants right down the street . If we come back to Moab we would absolutely stay there again!!!"

"Our stay here was fabulous! As a light sleeper, I'm a big fan of the platform beds and that's why I chose this place. The room had everything you could need and the different shower head options were a nice treat. The hot water was lovely and the spa area was gorgeous. The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to help us with our bikes. And the coffee was delish. Based on another review, I was concerned about the noise and smell. They are definitely something to take into consideration if you have sensitivities. There is some kind of sweet odor that is being diffused in the lobby area and it is excessive. Fortunately, it's not as noticeable in the rooms. The floors are also thin and you can hear the people above you. Fortunately, you can turn on the fan option for the heater, and that helped some - along with earplugs. Despite those two hiccups, I will definitely be staying here again. I've stayed in many places in Moab and this is by far my favorite so far for the price, cleanliness, coffee, in-room bike rack, proximity, and amenities. "

"This place rocks! This was a last minute stay. A friend and I were just going from CO to UT and back to get a vehicle. We were getting tired and thought a short trip to the Arches would be nice. It was the beginning of January so OFF SEASON. Therefore most of the town was closed. My requirement for a hotel this night was comfortable beds and a hot tub. Well this place did not disappoint. All the queen rooms at the time were the same price. So I chose the room with the most SQ FT. It was 653 SQ FT! Like WHAT! The room was AMAZING. The beds were so comfy. The TV greeted me when I came in. It did have Netflix for you to login to. No other streamng services. The bathroom was HUGE. It has a full size fridge and dishwasher. Had dishes, pots and pans, built in stove top, toaster and more. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was standard. Hot tub could have been a tad hotter. Would definitely stay again. My room did not have a balcony, but there were some that did. It also had games for families to play, a small basketball hoop and area to play."
