"Parking was inconvenient and expensive. Coming in from out of town it would have been nice to know about parking before I got there. It is new and some hiccups are expected. I was amazed that there was only one person working overnight. Our TV wouldn't work and we had to wait while he finished checking someone out before he could come up with the USB to fix it. He said he had fixed 35 that night. It is a beautiful hotel and I will stay again. It was within walking distance of so many places. Great location! lolocation!places.tie"

"We stayed 2 nights here we made it a pit stop to mt Rushmore and spent the day at the omaha zoo it was a great stay the breakfast was delicious, bed was comfy, and we like cookies we got were delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful!"

My daughter and I were staying there for a week while she was doing some testing and classes for school, we did a lot of studying in the evenings and they went above and beyond and helped us find quiet locations to study! Also all IHG members got free bottled water, that was great due to the high temperatures!! "
