"I was able to check in extra early which was a great help. The front desk was friendly in explaining to me directions. The hot tub was supposedly out of order, per the front desk, but then on check out we looked and there was no sign stating it was out of order. Our room was a corner room and was a bit noisy with the passing traffic. We were able to hear the guest above us walking around quite a bit, too. "

"Spent 12 nights here whilst visiting family in the area. We agree with other guests that the Alexander Mansion House offers an “experience” in an historic building. We had the Alexander Durante room which was beautiful. Every night we would have a “night cap” and the room would be waiting for us with lamps turned on and the radio on. "Other than having long discussion about my service dog ( no payment for service dogs, they should know that you CANNOT ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT SERVICE DOG - PERIOD ! ), front desk was friendly. Breakfast ? Well, I do like donuts but that was the only thing they offered for breakfast. Not counting cereal :) Otherwise room was clean, smell nice, comfy bed. Water in bathroom sink run rusty so they should check the pipes. "
