"This hotel is the nicest one we have stayed in. So clean! Large vanity in the bathroom and multiple outlets. Awesome shower head. One of the largest televisions with a super clear picture. Breakfast has lots of choices with the best cinnamon rolls!! We were greeted right away and very pleasantly with a smile!! We will definitely stay here every time we travel through Effingham!!"

"Very clean and the check in man was very nice and personable. The room was very small and dated. The TV was working fine but when we came back from eating it showed cable connection week. "

"Service is always great; room was not up to expectations however. The heating/cooling system had broken/missing buttons so heated to 79 degrees or cooled to 60 degrees only. There were rips in the curtains and there was no coffeemaker; the front desk assistant got one for us though."

"Everything about this hotel was not good from the check in to cleanliness in the room and even to our door mysteriously being unlocked upon returning to our room after going out for a while."
