Everyone and everything exudes kindness and pleasure. Once in the room the luxury continues with an unbelievably comfortable bed and thoughtful amenity’s. It was an unexpected unpretentious luxury stay that will be hard to replicate. To say I loved it is an understatement! "

"Tough check in and was ignored to speak to other employees after being asked “how can I help you”. I understand being busy and trying to resolve other issues, but an “I’m so sorry for the interruption” goes a long way. Bar areas were great! I always appreciate one of those wonderful cookies also! "Great hotel; clean, friendly and spacious. The restaurant was nothing to write home about; the breakfast was meh, and the cocktails ok'ish. The area around has the usual junkies and smell you could expect in any downtown these days. There are restaurants and services very close by. Good place to stay."
