I understand being busy and trying to resolve other issues, but an “I’m so sorry for the interruption” goes a long way. Bar areas were great! I always appreciate one of those wonderful cookies also! "Great hotel; clean, friendly and spacious. The restaurant was nothing to write home about; the breakfast was meh, and the cocktails ok'ish. The area around has the usual junkies and smell you could expect in any downtown these days. There are restaurants and services very close by. Good place to stay."
