"Reception staff great, breakfast fab and staff get great, on three nights I had meal and drinks in restaurant , food average and over cooked and waiting staff need more customer service skills waited thirty meal to be asked if I required another drink even know my glass was empty and waitress passed ..."

"We got upgraded to a premium suite which was great. Had 2 kings & pull out sofa. Room was clean and spacious. Awesome large patio space. However the shower had quite a bit of black mold. Under the sink was mold and a pile of caulk under the bath. Benches by bed had stains and rip. For a 4 star hotel ..."
