"Excellent service from friendly staff. Scooter parking with security guard. Amazing pool with swim up bar and sun lounges. Room cleaning and water restock daily. Close proximity to beach, markets and restaurants. "

"No shuttle to Old Town; bartender at swim up bar was slow (made my piña colada and didn’t pour in glass but left it forgotten - in front of me - for at least 10 minutes!) and didn’t know how to mix a Martini. Other than these, the place was excellent and deserves a 5 star rating "

"The only warning I would give people booking is understanding the resort's topography. I have counted 531 stairs from the beach to the room (not including the stairs to the room). Once you start using the Tuk-Tuk, it doesn't matter (my wife never used the stairs). "

"The hotel complex itself is really nice, it’s big but it’s well maintain with really nice grounds, pool and bar/lobby area, very grand! We stayed in the garden villa rooms which was really nice, great outside area with a little plunge pool and huge bath big enough for two. It also had good access to both the town side and the beach. So if you want a nice hotel in Karon beach area then I’d highly recommend. We weren’t as impressed with Karon as an area, had a very typical tourist vibe, like you could have been in any typical hot cliche beach resort but if that’s your thing then this hotel is a great place to stay. "
