"Room was a good size, and very clean. It was close to the train station which was really handy. The only down side was when we were checking in, we had a staff member that was quite condescending regarding tattoos in the onsen. Our group had none but he still felt the need to be very rude to us as if he didn’t believe we would abide by the rules because we weren’t from Japan (specifically he made a point , even after explaining the initial onsen rules, that because we were foreigners now...

"Very clean and new. Designs are friendly to tourists. Spacious room. Free breakfast is convenient and good. Location is great and just a few steps from railway station and a multiple storey shopping mall, 2 convenient stores just across the road. Excellent staying experience "
